Our showroom displays will indicate pricing on all ranges that will make your selection easier when opting to stay within your nominated budget.
The pricing on our carpet includes the carpet, underlay and installation.

Broadloom metres or square meters, please explain?
Carpet is priced ‘per broadloom metre’. A broadloom meter being either 3.66m (W) x 1 (L) OR 4m (W) x 1m (L). While carpet cannot be purchased per square metre, we can do a quick conversion to show what the cost would be per m for an easy comparison if needed.
Hard flooring, hybrid and vinyl planks etc…are priced per square metre and sold in cartons. Each manufacturer will package their flooring in different meterage’s and as such, pricing our flooring in square metres is the easiest way to calculate your needs and costs.

Moving of furniture
There are factors that will determine your final costs such as choice of underlay. Will you take up your existing flooring? Do you want your furniture moved for you? Do you want supply only? These are all questions that will be asked by our estimator at the time of measuring your floor. Our experienced estimator will measure your space and determine how to minimise waste and maximise your carpet.

HARD FLOORING PRICING
Kelly’s have an extensive range of vinyl planks, hybrid flooring, engineered timbers and laminate flooring.
We offer our hard flooring options at a ‘Supply Only’ price per square metre. We can also provide installation if needed.

We are able to put our customers in contact with an installation team should that be required. Builders and customers sometimes opt to install their hard flooring. Manufacturers offer Installation Guides on their websites for each individual type of hard flooring.

Our estimator will determine the quote inclusions at the time of measuring upon discussions with the customer.

There are many factors that determine how Kelly’s Carpets prices our carpet and flooring. Our trusted suppliers offer vast ranges of product with individual qualities and manufacturing processes that determines their costs which in turn, leads to our costs. We take these aspects into consideration when determining our retail prices.
